This
fully liquid cooled 84 mm cylinder is machined from billet
aluminum and finished with tough nickel
silicon
carbide plated bores. Put it on top of a stock
RZR engine and you've got 850CCs of nearly unstoppable
power. Add the billet crank & rods kit and you'll have a 900cc Turbo Killer. NOTE: This kit will also fit the Ranger XP 800.
Machining the cylinder from billet aluminum offers the following advantages over similar kits that use bored cylinders with steel sleeves.
- Increased
wall thickness and improved coolant flow.
- No sleeves to separate from the cylinder wall
- Aluminum transfers heat better than steel for improved cooling
The cylinder is
offered as a base kit (with 84mm pistons, rings, pins, clips,
head and base gaskets) or by itself. The 900cc kit includes all the components of the 850 kit plus: a Billet crank & rods kit,
spacer plate and two base gaskets.
