Muzzys Performance Products, Inc. Policy
BUSINESS HOURS:
Muzzys, Inc.(Muzzys) maintains normal business hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm, PST, Monday through Friday
PRICES: All prices shown are FOB Muzzys in Oregon and are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are invoiced at current prices at the time of shipment. Muzzys is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers or prices. All Muzzys products are for off-highway performance racing use only.

ORDERS: Please allow 24-72 normal business hours (excluding holidays) to process all orders from time of receipt.

BACK ORDERS: Items will be shipped promptly as available. Telephone and/or email notification of back order status will be provided as available.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only, and cannot be returned.

RETURNS & CLAIMS: Any requests for the return of product(s) purchased from Muzzys must be made within 10 days of receipt of product(s). NOTE: Electronics and special order items may not be returned for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, you must call Muzzys for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to be issued by telephone. Returned product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Muzzys. This means that if you purchased the product at a dealership, you must return it to that dealership. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original cost to ship the product(s). Refunds will only be for store credit toward future purchases. No cash refunds.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Customers who refuse their shipment assume all responsibility for return shipping charges.

CORE CHARGE REFUNDS: All items eligible for a core charge refund must be received by Muzzys no later than forty-five (45) days from the date of the applicable invoice. Items received after the forty-five day period will be returned and no core refund will be issued. No cores will be accepted without an RMA# issued and printed clearly on the outside of the box.


FREIGHT CLAIMS: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by an invoice and bill of lading.
